Registration Items Needed:

  • birth certificate

  • social security card

  • immunization

  • vision/hearing/dental/nutrition form

  • proof of residence (acceptable forms of proof of residence are one of the following)*:​

    • utility bill -  ex:  gas, water, electricity, satellite, landline phone (not cell)

    • home insurance policy

    • rental/lease agreement: must be include signatures of rentor and rentee and be notarized

    • property tax record

  • parent's ID

*Proof of residence needs to be the full statement and not just a copy of the addressed envelope. 

 

To register your child for Kindergarten they must be 5 years old by September 1st.

Pre-k enrollment is conducted in the spring of each year and is coordinated by Mrs. Deborah Andrews

Home School

To enroll your child in home school, please visit this GA DOE website:  http://www.gadoe.org/Curriculum-Instruction-and-Assessment/Pages/Home-Schools.aspx and complete the “Declaration of Intent Form.”  Contact information for GA Department of Education Home School Division is listed on that page.  Washington County Schools does not assist with home school registration.  If your child is currently enrolled in Washington County Schools, please make sure to contact the school to withdraw your child and notify of the intent for home school.
